With the cooler temperatures setting in, the Select League is changing gears from the Summer Series to the Fall Series. These events are essentially pick up soccer games that allow the Select League clubs to recruit potential players and other personnel who might be interested in playing in the league. The first of our Fall Series will be held Wallace Park in Belton, MO on Saturday, September 16 at 1pm and hosted by Real Overland Park. All are invited to join. There will be representatives from various league clubs on hand if you have questions about joining the league. Clubs are also looking for volunteer coaching staff and various administrative positions. If for nothing else, come on out and have fun playing some soccer.
The second Fall Series event will be hosted by Leawood Forest at a place to be determined on Saturday, September 23 at 1pm. Northland FC will host an event at Happy Rock Park in Gladstone, MO on October 7th at 10am.
